We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Betsy and would highly recommend her. Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would say that is negative. I think the three major positives are:
1. She is really easy to work with for both you and for any builders, tradespeople, etc. that she deals with. She brings a spirit of cooperation and teamwork to the project and is able to brainstorm with others to come up with excellent results.
2. She is decisive and works very efficiently to move the project along.
3. She will figure your style out pretty quickly and go with that, with a bit of a twist. My husband and I are both fairly conservative when it comes to decorating, so Betsy had to push a few ideas on us that were "outside our box". SO glad she did as we are very happy with the result.

I only have great things to say about Betsy! I have really enjoyed working with her throughout two major renovations. Her ideas are fresh and modern. She is so good at reading our style while encouraging us outside of our comfort zone in order to achieve a new look. Betsy is a real talent and an absolute pleasure to work with.
At our country home in Cataract, Betsy selected all of the lighting; chose the paint colours, designed and oversaw the master bathroom renovation; designed the mudroom, laundry and storage room; purchased and designed window coverings; framed art; designed two gas fireplaces; consulted on furniture placement and purchases; and redesigned the ceiling on a long hallway.
At all points during our extensive renovation, Betsy was easily accessible for quick questions and decision making.
